1. Items may be returned by delivery. Simply contact us and describe the problem (with photos) or the return reason along with your order number.

The refund receipt time is 15-30 working days, depending on the issuing bank. If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the goods.

2. Items must be in original unworn condition.

3. We are responsible for the following: marks, broken zipper, rips or tears, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. Please be assured that we will accept full responsibility for any errors or issues that are our fault.

4. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), please contact us to arrange a return. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.

5. Orders must be returned with a tracking or reference number and your order number written clearly on the outside of the parcel.

6. We will process your exchange or refund once we have received the item(s) at our international returns facility.

7.CANCEL THE ORDER If you cancel within 24 hours after successful purchase and payment, your order will be refunded in full. If you decide to cancel the order, please contact us by email first. If the order has been shipped, we will not accept order cancellation requests.
